Ronald de Ramon was appointed Instructor of Business in 2015. He had served as a Business adjunct at RCC since 2008 prior to his full-time appointment. His particular area of expertise is accounting, having taught courses in Principles of Accounting and Intermediate Accounting at the College.

De Ramon has more than 25 years of experience in the accounting field. As managing partner of his own public accounting firm since 2003, he has provided an array of services including audit and review opinions, business plans, consulting and tax preparation as well as representation in state and federal audits and related appeals.

Previously de Ramon worked as a staff accountant at Sanford Zinman & Co. CPA of Armonk, NY, and as field auditor and representative for the NYS Department of Labor in White Plains, NY. He also taught a course on Federal Income Taxation as an adjunct instructor at St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, NY.
