About Us

RCC’s Resource Development Office is headed by the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Resource Development who reports to the President and is responsible for obtaining external resources to help support the College’s mission, goals and objectives, strategic plan and other priority initiatives. The AVP of Resource Development is assisted by the Resource Development Coordinator and together they make up the Resource Development Office.

Resource Development collaborates closely with the President and administration to build philanthropic support and revenue for key strategic initiatives aligned with the College’s strategic plan and institutional goals and to meet the needs of RCC’s students, support faculty, and maintain the College’s facilities to create a safe environment conducive to learning.

The purpose of Resource Development is to design and execute a structured and comprehensive resource development plan that is responsive to the changing market, evolving College interests and emerging fundraising issues.
