RCC Hospitality & Culinary Arts Center’s Hudson Market on Main Offers “Dinner For 4 for $25” with Free Delivery to the Nyacks

Nyack, NY – Hudson Market on Main, a collaboration between the RCC Hospitality and Culinary Arts Center and Flik Hospitality Group, wants to make life a little easier—and tastier— for Rockland County residents with its new menu of $25 dinners for a family of four:

  • Entrées include a choice of grilled chicken breast, breaded chicken cutlet, breaded eggplant with a pint of marinara, pulled pork or brisket
  • Sides include a choice of macaroni and cheese, roasted potatoes, yellow rice or macaroni or potato salad.
  • All meals include grilled or mixed vegetables.
  • Add a small salad for $5 and house-baked cookies, three for $2

Diners can also choose one of the daily specials at the same price:

  • Meatball Monday: Meatball subs, pasta marinara and small house salad
  • Reuben Tuesday: Reuben sandwiches, Cole slaw and homemade chips
  • Wrap it Up Wednesday: Choose two wraps: chicken Caesar, turkey BLT, Italian or tuna with choice of potato or macaroni salad and homemade chips
  • Don’t Think, it’s Thursday<: Chicken Parmesan, pasta marinara, small house salad and garlic bread
  • Forget About it Friday: Brisket, choice of roasted potatoes or macaroni and cheese and grilled vegetables.

Hudson Market on Main is offering free online ordering and free delivery to the Nyacks, or meals can be picked up at 5 North Broadway on the corner of Broadway and Main.

The Market is also now offering Blue Marble Organic Soft Serve Ice Cream made in Brooklyn. The delicious concoctions are handcrafted with high butter-fat grass-fed organic cream from small farms, Rainforest Alliance certified sugar, CONACADO cooperative cocoa and organic nuts and fruits. Hudson Market on Main, “A Culinary Collaborative” exists to support Rockland Community College’s objective in helping students achieve workforce readiness upon graduation and to provide students with employment opportunities. The market also supports RCC’s Hospitality & Culinary Arts Centers’ objectives to strengthen Hudson Valley agriculture, agritourism, and to support community initiatives for Rockland County residents.
