Approved by the Board of Trustees of Rockland Community College on March 9, 1990.

New York State Public Health Law 2165 requires all college students born on or after January 1, 1957 and enrolled in six or more credits to demonstrate proof of immunity against measles, mumps, and rubella. Students who have not submitted proof of compliance with the law within thirty days of the start of the semester shall be withdrawn, without refund, from all classes.
